Who am I?

What's up!I'm Adam Morgan and if you watched the video at the top of this page then you already know...I'm not just any personal trainer.I wasn't born muscular and I didn't even start working out until years after graduating from college.I was too focused on breaking world records and teaching myself new skills: graphic design, programming, video editing, drawing, painting...seriously you should watch that video!My career was going great but I still felt like something was off.I was insecure, I had no confidence around girls, and I definitely didn’t want to be seen with my shirt off.Funnily enough, it was around this time I was introduced to calisthenics for the first time.I was scrolling through Instagram and saw a picture that looked like it was photoshopped!I thought to myself, “I have to learn how to do stuff like this! I can be strong and do gravity-defying skills at the same time?!”

It took a lot of hard work to get to where I am today.In the last 8 years I’ve learned what works, but more importantly I’ve learned what doesn’t work.So why play the guessing game by yourself? Avoid making the same mistakes I did.Work with me if you want to get real results in record time.
